Does the color of the jewelry change?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, 316L surgical steel, copper, 925 silver or ASTM F136 titanium  and plated with up to 18 carat gold.

We place great value on quality when manufacturing our jewelry in order to achieve a consistent color. That's why we always pay attention to high-quality and long-lasting gold plating.

Our stainless steel and titanium jewelry is waterproof and does not discolor when it comes into contact with water. The waterproof jewelry is marked "🚿waterproof " in the item description.  You can also take  a shower
with our stainless steel and titanium jewelry .

We generally advise our customers to take off their gold-plated copper and 925 silver jewellery when  showering, sleeping,  washing their hands or  exercising  in order to enjoy it for longer and to preserve its great shine.

Depending on the use, skin type (pH value) and compliance with the  care instructions,  the gold plating on copper and silver lasts for different lengths of time.

Over time, the jewelry absorbs the skin's natural fats and oils. The effects on the gold plating also vary from person to person due to differences in acidity (pH value).

Care instructions:

● Aggressive shampoos and soaps containing dyes will damage your unique piece and can lead to discoloration .

● Direct contact of gold-plated jewelry with cosmetics and chemical substances can lead to discoloration. It is best to only put on your jewelry once you have already finished applying makeup and perfume.

● Chemicals, strong heat, excessive sweat, salt water and chlorine can be harmful to jewelry.

● Clean your jewelry with soft cleaning cloths if necessary.

● Store the jewelry in a dry place - not in the bathroom.
